The craftsmanship was excellent. I regularly get compliments and feedback that the cottage has the feel of a home that's been there forever (think circa 1940's cottage). The crew was always on time, kept the site neat and clean and were super easy & pleasant to work with. Randy's personality is "steady and calm" - nothing ever felt like a problem - if it was within his power, he handled it and if it wasn't, he helped me figure out next steps.
