"The job went flawlessly. I am a contractor and have used A Team in the past for houses I have constructed. Thus I knew the quality of workmanship. I removed the old shower and prepared the shower area for the new walls. A Team estimator, Kevin, arrived on the appointed date and time when we discussed what we wanted. An email was sent with the proposal and price that was very fair. The original shower was 9 years old and had a crack in the seat. Due to an upcoming surgery, we wanted to finish this ASAP. By agreement, the shower pan was delivered 2 days earlier than originally agreed to. The two employees set the pan for me even though it was not their job. I finished the wall prep and called Jason, the plant manager to let him know I was prepared for the installers to set the walls. Jason went out of his way to have the walls installed four days early! The installers arrived on time, they set up their cutting area outside. The panels were fitted and installed accurately. The two men were very polite, and well groomed. We are non smokers and really appreciated the fact that the installer didn't smoke. As the work was being done, the trash and junk was kept in a large trash bag. We had no clean up when they left. The shower is beautiful! Please see the picture."

"Finish basement: two bedrooms, full bath, wet bar, great room with gas fireplace. Install additional kitchen cabinets in main floor kitchen. Bottom line, very pleased and would trust Rob and his crews again in the future, as well as recommend him to friends/family. Existing house is three years old. We asked Rob to make it look as if the original builder had done the basement. Rob said "no problem". Rob wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate. We went with Rob due to his years of documented experience and he did not disappoint. As homeowners with zero handy experience, we relied on Rob to provide a turnkey experience. He got started quickly, listening to our goals and lending his knowledge to get the design just right. He gave us a timeline so we'd know what to expect and when. He finished a little under the expected budget. UNDER budget. He and his crews were always professional and courteous. If we had questions or concerns, he was quick to address them. "I first contacted Nelson and told him I had no clue about how the whole process of getting counter tops worked.He told me on the phone basically how it worked and I made an appointment for the same week.When I got there I started working with John Lipsey.We picked out the granite with John's help.He was helpful and super patient! These guys were on time with the measuring and the installation.We are beyond thrilled with our counter tops and even the price was better than I expected.

"I rated Superior Granite overall with a B because of their failure to meet the agreed upon installation date.
The date had been set for 3 weeks, which was fine, but when someone tells you the day before that they will be at your house the next day, then you expect them to be there.
On the day of the scheduled installation, I received a call telling me that they couldn't make it, it would be a day later.
Where I grew up, a man is only as good as his word; obviously Superior Granite doesn't feel that is necessary.
Was assured the installers would be there the next day between 9:00am and 10:00am. Well, about 9:30am got a call saying, once again, Superior Granite can't meet the commitment, that it would be around 11:00am.
Obviously I was extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by Superior Granite.
I requested that the owner at least give me a call to apologize for their lack of professionalism - I guess my jab wasn't important enough to Superior Granite's owners to warrant a call to apologize.

I was very pleased with the crew that did the installation; they overcame the top that was cut short and the installation looks great.

I answered no to the question about using them again - that depends on if I ever get an apology.

"Although the guys were a little off schedule for us, they were not grossly off and their person who takes care of scheduling, etc. called to let us know that they were a bit behind schedule.  They arrived and got straight to work.  Counter tops were installed and cleaned within just a few hours.  Chris and his crew were very professional the entire time that they were in the house and careful to not track in gobs of yuck from outside.  They were also careful to ask our opinions if there was something that needed an opinion and cleaned up after themselves after they finished.  VERY professional!!! The  product was beautiful - next home we build, they are the choice for my granite!!!  I did not put the cost of the granite on the web, but they were the MOST reasonable around and I appreciate them trying to be reasonable and give people a break."

"Emerald Coast Granite and Tile was the most professional supplier during our home remodeling. They have a great product, the most competitive pricing of three suppliers we researched and the highest level of customer service. They met all commitment dates/times for measuring our counters, making a template and final installation.
They allowed us to walk their warehouse of granite inventory and select the very pieces we wanted for our home. They called and E-mailed with updates regarding our project. The installation crew was on time and professional.We had some challenges with uneven tile above the back splash area and they and quot;custom cutand quot; the granite and the end-result exceeded our expectations.
We plan to use this company for upgrading three bathrooms. We would recommend this company to any prospective buyers in the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Milton, Navarre or Fort Walton, Florida area.
