"Due to the sewer line collapse, we could not live in our home.  My husband was in the hospital and we were living in a hotel.  My husband had initially called another well known company in town to schedule a service call.  After reading the reviews on Angie's list, I just didn't feel comfortable with his choice.  From the review's I chose David Lies Plumbing.  The situation was explained and he was quick to let me know, on the phone, without me having to pay a service call,  that I needed more than a plumbing service.  I think he actually called Bob for us and visited with him about the problem.  I was so appreciative, especially since my husband was not at home to help with the matter.  Bob was very sensitive to our situation, rallied his men, and very soon had us back into our home.  Oh, I didn't mention that he and his men did the work during a sleet and snow storm. And that it was a Saturday.   I believe his price was very fair.  If needed in the future, I would not hesitate to use David Lies Plumbing or Bob's Sewer Service. <br />"
