"We started out dealing with one of the sales reps John Fossetti. Great experience. He told us about the company, about the products, had samples and a huge selection of siding to choose from. He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions. Both he and John were a pleasure to work with. Also, their office staff were very helpful as well. Beantown went above and beyond for us and were so reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! I would definitely use them again for any future projects!"

They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Amateur cuts on the trim left gaps and old trim was not prep for paint or just left unpainted. They also smeared silicone to cover screws on the front face of the shingles, the whole house looks like it's covered in bird droppings. Plus they also damaged the roof and electrical boxes. Who knows what other things they skipped on, left me with a time bomb of problems that will takes years to show. I would not recommend. "
