"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Dolan did a total remodel of my master bath in August of 2018. It was very pricey but I've gone with the cheaper options in the past and have found that you get what you pay for. I love the way my bathroom turned out and based on that job, I would have given them A for just about everything. I recommended them without reservation. I then hired them again in March 2018 to do a partial renovation of my kitchen. I replaced my granite counter with quartz, put in a new sink, touchless faucet and tile backsplash. I bought the sink myself and they told me it was cracked and leaking. As I had just been released from the hospital and was on complete bed rest, I didn't see the sink until after it was installed. I did get a credit for the sink I bought but then had to buy the identical sink from Dolan for over $200 more. When the quartz counter was installed, there were two unsightly seams. We did complain about these and the installer came back but they said that was the best they could do. We let it go at that point but a few weeks later, we went to visit friends that just had an almost identical quartz counter installed. We had to search to find the seam in theirs. I took pictures and sent them along with photos of my seams to Dolan. They never responded. We spent over $45,000 in under a year with them and now have counter tops that look terrible. After this, I feel I can no longer recommend Dolan."

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result!"

"We were looking to replace a tub and fix a leak in our old house. Jeff came and inspected and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They replaced the tub and the tile contractors were great. We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. He is honest and wants to make the customer happy."

The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. "Went ok, definitely not great. There were several areas that were poorly finished or incomplete. There were items installed incorrectly or installed without approval. The contractor often pushed back on homeowner requests. Currently the bathroom drywall is growing a fungus, toilet seat is falling off and unfinished areas remain. He says his work is guaranteed, but last time he was here to see the bubbling drywall fungus he told us to scrape it off and repaint it on our own."
