"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Replaced roof and installed skylights. They did the work quickly, but a few areas of concern: 1. They left exposed unfinished plywood on the exterior which poses a water intrusion and mold risk. I had this confirmed by a roofing inspector, yet they continue to insist it is ok to leave it exposed. This my biggest concern. 2. They removed the existing skylights by smashing them into the house without warning to me. I was nearby, sprayed with glass and very frightened. They did apologize and attempt to make up for it and there were no resulting injuries, but it should not have happened. They should have taken care to ensure that neither I nor my dog would be injured during the process. 3. They did not caulk or seal the area between the windows and roof. They insist this was intentional for ventilation. I have been advised by multiple experts that it is not waterproof or safe and I will need to have their work re-done at a significant cost. "

"Thought I would need a new roof in a couple of years, wasn't ready to get one quite yet, but after Janston Turner showed me what he found when he went into my attic, I bought one right away. Holes, water damage, etc that I didn't know about! He showed me pics, but I wanted to see it myself, so he went back up with me and pointed it all out. They showed up faster than I thought they would, cleaned up after themselves, and when some accidental damage happened, they told me about it right away and then Janston and the company were really responsive and took care of the repairs without any hassles. Other places would either lie and say it was there before them or whatever, but these guys showed integrity and accountability and fixed it right away! Quality roof, great people and customer service, and a really long warranty! So glad I hired them!"
