"Both technicians were prompt, professional, clean and courteous. You cannot tell that anyone was even here they did such a good job cleaning up. We had a small wiring job (new breaker circuit and multiple outlets) to be quoted and Electrician Mike completed the job immediately following the estimate. HVAC Mike arrived shortly after and completed the overdue checkup on our furnace. He even cleaned the filter on our dehumidifier -- I didn't even know it had one, lol! We will be doing a remodel on our main floor soon and will have Cardinal out to do the electrical, plumbing and gas for the job. My wife has commented twice already about how well they cleaned up after completing their respective projects!"

Ryan did all of the sanding that required a drum sander himself, which was a huge relief. When the job was finished, there was no dust to clean! Our floors look brand new and are so beautiful! Ryan always asked prior to completing an additional repair and was very upfront about what the cost would be; there were no surprises on our bill. Ryan was also able to offer us high quality cleaning supplies and furniture coasters to prevent scratches at a very small price; I appreciated this from someone who is in the business of repairing scratched floors.
