"Will start with the salesman Theodore he was excellent did a great job very knowledgeable gave us the dates of when the windows and patio door would be in. We ordered these in September of 2022. We were told that they would be installed by November. We were super excited. The windows are made to order and they came in a month early. From that point on it became an entire nightmare constant phone calls leaving messages sending emails to my contact person who was Ben who I think has been fired it. Took me over a couple of months to finally get his boss his name and phone number and email that was Mike he was useless as well. So the windows came in early and they kept making excuses why they couldn't have a crew come out and put them in finally in March of 2023 they got accrued to come out here and put the windows in and patio door Rick's team did a fantastic job and they were over the top friendly and courteous. More problems continued as they were installing the trim was the wrong color it was supposed to be a sandstone and a sent white and it was written up white. We live in a condo so It did not fly with the association obviously. The installer Rick was on top of this immediately before the even put the wrong trim on he knew the color was wrong they would do nothing to get him. The right color the day of the install fast forward. I emailed Ben and called Mike and left messages saying that this was wrong and in the needed to be addressed immediately. This process probably took another couple of months before It was done right. I could not get anything going through Ben or Mike at this time so I reached out to Theodore our sales representative. His idea was to have me hire a handyman To Do the trim work and he proceeded to tell me that it was written app white on the order. I understand that it was white on the order that was his fault. He did not put the right color on. He did not want to admit that so tried to say that it was our mistake. Once again thanks to Rick he helped had this off and finally got the correct trim installed on the outside of all the windows and patio door. The whole or deal for 5 simple windows and a patio door has been exhausting. I would never recommend this company to anyone unfortunately. Before I realize this we had a good friend of ours get an estimate. Thank God they did not go with the company. The salesman left a window at their house never did come pick it up after multiple calls. And I still have yet to receive my 100 dollars for the referral After many calls and emails Pamela who has been excellent has said that our check should be on its way with the next batch fingers crossed. Thank you Pamela for all your support and help once I was able to get your email and number.."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
