The installer arrived late every single day, and there was no final walk-through when the project was done by the project manager. Several things were missed and needed to be corrected over the course of a couple additional visits. In fact, there is still one thing that has not been corrected several weeks later. We also never received a phone call from the company once the project was done to ask us if we liked it or if anything needed to be fixed."

"No he did not do it in a timely manner. Said it would take 2-3 days and was there the whole week. My husband has to take off work 3 days with no pay and the job wasn't complete until Saturday. The job wasn't even fully completed but yet was paid for it. He didn't even measure the closet correctly. Instead he left it how it was with gaps. It doesn't matter if it is a closet you got paid to do it. The boards around the baseboards how did he leave it hanging out. Didn't even match the other boards correctly.If anything he should return some of what we paid him to do. Plus he put a metal strip on the floor to the basement steps with screws and not nails and weren't screwed down all the way and cut my toe walking up the stairs. Never again hire him. Bad"
