"Kris and Andrew did an exceptional job replacing worn cedar trim and painting our house. This is the second house Kris has painted for me (his work was exceptional on the first house as well). Not only are both guys skilled craftmen when it comes to painting, but they also are excellent at caulking (something that is equally important but often overlooked - as I have found out in the past with other painters). Additionally, Kris is always fair with pricing, uses exceptionally high quality product/paint/caulk (again something that other painters will cut corners on) and does what he says he'll do. "Alan Zuberbuehler of AZ Painting has been my go-to painter for 33 years. Most recently, in May 2021, he and his crew painted nearly the entire interior of our home. I have never worked with a better contractor of any type. For starters, AZ Painting far exceeded the basic requirement of doing a really good paint job. In fact, it was flawless. More important, Alan is a really nice guy. Doing quality work is not easy, but many people can pull it off. Alan is one of a very few who also make you proud to know him and happy to have had him do work in your home. This is exemplified by the fact that one of the two people on his crew has worked with him for more than 20 years, and that the other has been with him for nearly as long. You don't generate that kind of loyalty without being a pretty good boss. We contacted Alan in late April to ask if he could give us a quote for painting the interior of our home in anticipation of listing it for sale. He responded in a timely manner, and came to our home on a Sunday to look at the scope of the work. Knowing that we wanted to get the work done as quickly as possible, Alan provided us a price quote, and had already contacted some of his other committed clients and gotten their permission to delay their jobs so that he could accommodate us. AZ Painting was at work in our home the next day. They arrived when they said they would. They worked efficiently and professionally. They were happy, friendly, and polite. They were considerate of our feelings about masking up when we were at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. More than once, a member of the crew stayed late in order to finish a particular part of the job so they could work more efficiently the following day. They used high quality paint. They took pains to protect our floors from damage. When they left at the end of each day, our home was completely usable but for the very small area set aside for their paint and gear. Alan usually stayed later than the others in order to organize materials and to plan the sequence of work for the next day. For this level of service and quality of work you could easily expect to pay a premium price. Not so. The cost of the work was perfectly reasonable. More important, the cost of the work was exactly what Alan had quoted us."

"For starters this guy (Len) and his crew did an outstanding job. I am really picky and not exactly easy to work for - I will admit. I don't mind paying a fair price but I expect the work to be excellent, not just good, but excellent. Nothing worse than lousy worksmanship.
This painter exceeded my expectations. I wanted my ceilings painted white and the walls a different color, plus I have crown molding to deal with and I needed the lines to be perfect - they were. I just can't say enough on how happy I am with the work. It feels like I am in a new home. I don't think I will ever look for other bids when I need painting after this experience.
The price was very competitive as well, plus  he honored a discount for me looking him up on Angies List. Other bids came in higher and the contractors were not nearly as responsive as Len. He came to my house promply to a**** and provide a bid. I found him to be very patient and very polite. He was very helpful with suggestions with color and type of paint. When it came time for the work he was on time and finished on time. My house was spotless when he was done. Prior to payment he wanted to make sure I was happy with the work, if not he would make it right.
I rarely have an experience this pleasant when dealing with contractors. If I could provide an A+ rating I would. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top quality painter. I strongly doubt you will be disappointed with Len and his crew.
I will be needing more work done and will not hesitate to have him do the work.

I wasnt sure I wanted to hire a larger, more well-known company for my project or if I wanted to go with a smaller, local company for it. Price was a deciding factor for me as well as quality of work.
