Neil arrived on time each day, explained exactly what the process was and how long it would take.  He was always courteous, conscientious, and never left a mess.
His passion and pride for his craft was obvious in the meticulous and careful job he did in painting our 1920's kitchen cabinets.  Because we went from surface mount to partially concealed hinges, several cabinet doors needed to be planed, and all doors rehung with the new hinges.  Neil did a beautiful jog...all doors are even and close nicely. 
We chose to paint our solid wood kitchen cabinets rather than reface with laminate or veneer, and it was definitely the right choice with Neil Hoover Painting.

"Dave Barone of Barone Professional Painting did an excellent job of painting all interior surfaces of our two bedroom townhouse. It included painting all ceilings, walls, baseboards, doors, and window embrasures. Especially challenging was painting the large cathedral ceiling over the living/dining area. The walls and ceilings received two coats of paint. He was courteous, polite, easy to talk to, and punctual. He started the painting on time, as promised, and worked hard to finish the job on time. His price was very reasonable and the paint job was professionally done. I plan to hire him again for exterior painting of our townhouse."

"Ray responded promptly to my call and provided an estimate for the service even though he seldom takes that small a job. He gave some advise and a convincing explanation on the type of paint he generally uses. He advised that he could complete the job and have the house livable in one day. He scheduled at my convenience and arrived promptly with two employees that morning. I remained outdoors or in a bedroom that was not being painted so was able to look in from time to time. They worked steadily and carefully and completed the project by mid-afternoon. They replaced the furniture and removed any debris from the worksite leaving the excess paint. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience with minimal disruption and most important a lovely new paint job."

"Chris first came to give me an estimate, as is is protocol. After checking out the job, he suggested that I paint the old aluminum siding and to install shutters on the front of the house.
