"<strong>I initially called to get a quote on treating bugs i have been seeing and also to identify what they were.  I was able to send photos via email of the bugs and they identified them, which was great.  When they came to spray I told him the areas that we see them, which was the kitchen and both bathrooms.  The guy was very friendly and nice and did the job and left.  A few days later I saw more bugs and they came out the following Monday and sprayed some more.  <br /> The only thing that was confusing was that when the guy left he never gave me paperwork (an invoice) so I didn't have a record of what was done (I later found out they should have taken my email).  Other than that, it was fine. </strong> <br />"
