"I called several large and small moving companies before I found Hire a Helper and the others were are either unwilling to help me or just plain didn t call me back. We had a large kiln (about900lbs) that had been delivered to us but not put place. I found Hire a Helper and within a week I had a crew out to my house with a pallet jack, ready and able to pull the kiln out my my carport and into my shed. The crew was friendly and professional, they even removed the bracing 2x4s packing the kiln for us The price was a bit higher than expected but considering the speed & efficiency with which they did the job - and the fact that I had no other way to move this behemoth- it was well worth it!"

They moved me from West Allis to Grafton in about 3 hours! My best friend used them for her move a couple years ago and highly recommended them. "Moving was a breeze with this company! Outstanding customer service and value. The owner, Dave, personally sets up the move and is there with you the whole way. Very personable, polite, responsive, and hard working. He came with another employee, Chris, all the way from Baraboo to Greenfield for my move for a nominal trip charge. Even with the long travel distance, they still beat out,p a local company in the quoted price. No extensive prep requirements. No need to empty drawers. They wrap everything and load it on the truck as is. They were right on time and moved with haste but they were very careful. No time wasted. Thanks Dave and Chris! Great job!"
