They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

They never gave up in the face of adversity and were successful in retrieving the ring. Prices were fair, but in all fairness I didn't ask for a quote in advance, I just told them to please get the ring back. They even cleaned up the job site to better than it was when they got there.
