I want to be perfectly clear, I did not write that previous review, Fran was more than helpful to me ,spent a long time at my home telling me all about their system and doing a water test. Fran went out of his way to help me and then to apologize for the girl not giving him my message, I have no problem with Fran or D& E pump. I would give them 5 stars not 1 like someone wrote, shame on them for saying that was my review"
