There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. Omg !!!! I have no complaints the beginning to the end of tearing the roof down they gave pictures. The clean up was amazing. They did not leave until everything was completed. "Deniz did a great job sealing a leak in my roof, swapping out some damaged siding, and installing a new glass slider door. We had a little trouble with the latch - not his fault; it's how Andersen milled the holes - and a great measure of someone you hire is how things turn out in the end when everything isn't perfect out of the box. The door slides & locks perfectly, seal is perfect (unlike the old slider this replaced). We're very happy with the jobs all around and would hire him again no problem."

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. "This is supposed to be a 4.5 Stars Rating. This job was done on March 11th, 2024 in Levittown, NY 11756. I had 7 double-hung vinyl windows installed. First salesman gets a total rating of 3.5 stars. He gets 5 stars for knowledge. He gets a 4 stars for presentation of the products. The presentation was too long. He spent more than 1 hour. He gets a 5 stars for thorough inspection. He also spent well over an hour for this, but it was necessary. However, he gets a 0 star for pricing options. Even after I repeatedly told him about how expensive window replacement is for this year. He failed to tell me that there exists the FLEX program which could have saved me a ton of money. Second saleswoman or sales manager gets a total rating of 5 stars. After I rejected the first offer for being overpriced, the sales manager came back to present me with the FLEX program. She gets a total rating of 5 stars just for giving me the customer a less expensive option to pay for these windows. She helped me save a ton of money. The installers. The older guy got a total rating of 4.5 stars (0.5 star off for splitting the wooden window frame and not replacing it until I made the request to the inspection manager). The younger guy got a total rating of 5 stars (He did everything perfectly). They arrived 15 minutes earlier than the expected time which was very professional. Even though they were not fluent in English, they worked diligently and responded to all questions and made all the remediation and corrections that I asked. Also, they kept the entire house very clean before and after the job. As of now the entire rating is a 4.5. But time will tell if this rating will stand."

Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."
