"After an initial problem with getting on their schedule (rain delay and delay in them calling back to reschedule) Modern Landscaping came out to fertilize, aerate and seed my lawn.  The workers arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently.  Their foreman was very knowledgable and suggested that I include fertilizer with the seed (this was not originally in the special) and that made all the difference in how the lawn came in and grew.  to date the grass is looking better and better in how it is growing!
