"Pleasant and easy to deal with, quote for work (re-gravel driveway) was competitive. Confirmed them for the job and it was done bright and early on scheduled day."

"Denys responded promptly. First I hired him to remove stumps and plant four shrubs in the flower bed. I hired him again a few months later to lay Bermuda grass sod on the lawn and cut branches from the Willow Oak tree. Denys really did a great job and I would highly recommend."

"They started doing my lawn. I think this is the second treatment. What has been happening is around my house the grass is dying. He took care of it this time, he said The price is good and they call you and figure out what's going on. They really try. They talk to you. I am going to wait and see what happens with the grass around the house. The grass itself looks beautiful. He said that there isn't shade on that side of the house, that is not their fault. When I first called them, the man was very good and his price is better than most people. They responded very quickly. The man was very nice and very kind. They call you before they come out. If you tell them you don't want them to do it, they won't do it. It is just very good. When I was looking for someone else to treat my lawn, this man came out first, before anyone else. He gave me the whole run down of the company. There was no waiting time and the price was good. He was quick to answer. He was able to stop, talk and explain what was going on. They just come in and do the work. They have been very good. They call me before the come. Last time when they called and said they were coming. I listened for them to drive in from the North side. I don't know which side. He came out and looked at it. He talked to me. He was telling me what he was going to do. He said I might have to put some rocks down there because apparently it is not getting any sunshine on that side or whatever. That is the last thing that he did. Was stop, talk and explain."

"From start to finish, Intrinity was great to work with. We had prompt response to our initial call, a thorough estimate, great communication throughout the process, and a super installation experience.

"Job extended beyond timeframe promised and initial project issues were exacerbated by continued work; not corrected or improved. Project terminated incomplete after repeated and ongoing issues. We lost confidence in the team's ability to deliver . . . the attached photo, of one area, is a fair representation."

"The owners have always been great to deal with but I think they've grown too big too fast. The crew they used were not experienced and did not do as good of a job as I expected. They left without notifying me so by the time I surveyed the property and realized they had not covered it all, they were long gone.
Now that it's spring, I've got 4 new weed problems that A) didn't exist last year as I'm very meticulous about ridding the yard of weeds and, B) do not exist in any of my neighbors' yards. This means the seed that was used was of poor quality. There are also new, thick patches of Bermuda in a full-Fescue lawn. Now I have to remove the Bermuda and the only way to do that is to dig it up and replant new Fescue seed.
This "great" cheap deal gave me just what I paid for, and added MORE work for me this year to fix the problems the seed caused.
Unfortunately, I will not be using them again in the future. They were great when they started out but again, got too big and the quality has severely suffered.

FAQs for trees & shrubs treat, protect and maintain projects in Mineral Springs, NC

A tree doctor or tree surgeon is another term for an arborist. The term is more common in places like the United Kingdom. They are professionals trained to plant, care for, maintain, diagnose, and remove trees of all kinds. Tree doctors have specialized knowledge to ensure the health and safety of trees.

Arborists are tree care specialists who plan, maintain, and enhance the health of trees with expert precision. They prune, diagnose diseases, treat pest infestations, remove hazardous limbs, and manage debris cleanup while developing comprehensive landscaping plans. They also handle tree planting and work with landscape professionals to ensure long-term tree vitality and safety.

Consulting arborists are tree experts who can advise homeowners and business owners on the right trees to plant, how to care for existing trees, and what to do about trees that appear to be sick or pose a safety threat. A consulting arborist may work with local landscape architects, investment property owners, city governments, developers, and other arborists.

An arborist may be able to save a dying tree. If you notice that your tree suddenly appears to be sick or is exhibiting unusual behavior, contact an arborist immediately. They will thoroughly inspect the tree to determine what might be wrong with it—and will let you know if it’s possible to save the tree and how to do it.

Verifying an arborist’s credentials is crucial for reliable tree care. Arborists must be licensed by their state and hold certifications from reputable organizations such as the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Request proof of licensing and certification, and review local recommendations to ensure you are hiring a professional who meets high industry standards and adheres to strict safety protocols.
