Get matched with top gate for driveway or security installers and replacers in Mineral Wells, TX

"The husband-and-wife team at Badlands Construction was awesome. I had an older gate system that really needed a complete replacement, and from the beginning I was looking for more than just an installer. I wanted someone who would listen, consult with me, and help figure out the best solution. They did exactly that. From the first phone call until they left my property, it was a complete collaboration. They sent pictures, shared examples and options, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. They treated my property like it was their own and did outstanding work. What impressed me most was that they were always looking out for me as the customer, making sure I got the best value without sacrificing quality. They were incredibly polite, on time, and professional. The new system is working perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t recommend Badlands Construction more!"

"About 5 weeks ago I approached Cisco Fences for a bid on replacing my backyard fence.  Francisco gave me a bid I thought was fair, and I agreed to have his team replace my fence.  However, Cisco already had so many projects ahead of mine, they were not available to start my fence for about 5 weeks, which was a little disappointing to me at the time because one of my gates was falling apart and it was not possible to keep it closed any longer.  I told Francisco that I was disappointed he couldn't start sooner because I didn't feel secure with my front gate unable to secure my backyard.  He said he would have one of his team come over and bolster the gate so that it would be secure and safe until they were free to start my project.  He had someone come right away and did a fantastic job repairing the gate.  He didn't charge me for this extra service.  I was comfortable waiting the 5 weeks until they were available to begin my project.   Last Thursday they tore down the old fence and started on the new one, and by Saturday evening I had a brand new fence!  They did an amazing job.  The fence they built was board-on-board and stained with a graduated top that gave the fence a very polished and finished look.  The two gates are arched and the bracketing is very secure with the ability to padlock the gate shut from inside.  The fence is beautiful and VERY secure.  I know I waited for Cisco to be available for 5 weeks, but I would do so again.  Their quality of work is the "highest" and their team is very professional.  Francisco kept in touch with me and kept me advised on the progress.  Cisco Fences gives you an excellent product, within a very reasonable time frame, and at a cost that is very fair.  I highly recommend Cisco Fences if you need a good fence.  They are the best!

"Chase from Blacksmith responded quickly to our quote request and he met with us to determine our fencing needs. We had just installed new retaining walls. His quote was online with other bidders. Chase was very knowledgeable and he made recommendations which we adopted. They were about 5 weeks out based on their scheduling which was fine with us. Chase k kept us informed on the starting date and throughout the project. Crew was hard working and courteous and cleaned up property when finished. I would definitely use them again!!"

Hi my names Houston I’ve been working for myself going on 6 years now I strive in doing quality work and being professional.

"They have previously replaced one of the pieces of wood that broke off the gate and they have worked on the gate when it would not open (determined there was a defect due to the cold) and replaced the defective part.  We have always been happy with their work. I think it is a fairly small company so sometimes they can't get out same day but they have kept us informed of their status.  We would definitely use them again!

"The crew was a bit sloppy when Joe wasn't around, but he had them return to re-do a few places and clean off areas where the concrete/mortar should not have been placed. There wasn't anything than couldn't be fixed."

"We just had our 15 year old fence replaced by Housewright. They installed a stained cedar stockade fence. It looks beautiful, my wife and I are so pleased. I had gotten several estimates before I settled on Housewright. Jay was slightly cheaper then his competitors. The quality of this fence was superior to what the other companies were offering. Jay was very informative and answered all my questions. The crew torn down the old fence and put up the new fence in a day. His crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I'm glad I chose Housewright Fence. R. Lind"

"Joels fence designs took into consideration style, durability, quality, cost, and functionality.  I had a tentative idea of what I wanted with this project but had specific concerns regarding my very large dogs which Joel addressed extremely well.    Joel listened to what I had to say and walked through it with me on site.  He thought of things I hadn't even considered and made appropriate suggestions to fill the gaps in my plan.

I had him put in a 6 foot wooden privacy fence with a gate along the back of the property.  In addition, he designed and installed a wrought iron fence around the upper tier of my deck and yard including multiple gates.  Lastly, he built a fence on my side yard to form a dog run including stairs from my upper to lower tiers of my yard.

Joel was professional, helpful, and extremely responsive.  He ensured all work performed was completed in a timely manner and also that his team cleaned up and left my property in great shape.  He has since followed up to make sure his work has continued to meet my expectations.

I think this should be right out there - His pricing was fair and there were NO HIDDEN ITEMS OR SURPRISES. And yes, I had shopped around - I'm an auditor after all.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.  Thanks Joel

"The crew dealt with rainy weather pretty much the entire time and still installed a quality fence that I’m proud of."

"First, the fence looks great and the salesman was quick to initially respond. Unfortunately, that is where the positive comments end. Here is my story: I called Buzz and they were quick to send a salesman out. We talked and he gave me a verbal quote and stated an official quote would come later that evening or first thing in the morning. After not getting anything for a couple of days, I called the salesman and he provided an excuse/reason for the delay would get it to me right away. After another day or two, I called yet again. I finally received the quote and the end price matched what the salesman verbally told me. I told him I would accept his offer, contingent on finishing it before Christmas. He stated he needed a written response, which I provided. I was told it would take 1 day (however, the fence would be blocked up for a few days to allow the concrete to cure. They had scheduled to install the gate on Friday, 3 days before Christmas. On Tuesday, I received a call saying that rain could delay the project, which I understand. We had 1 rainy day prior to my scheduled day, so I anticipated I would slide to Saturday, or Tuesday (after Christmas at the latest). There was no communication until Tuesday, when I got a call saying they didn't finish the last job over the weekend and would get to me when they could. They did not show up until after 1PM the following Friday. We had somewhere our family had to be and we left around 4:30PM. We came back at 7:30PM to find the workers gone, no fence up at all, and a big gaping whole exposing our backyard in a high traffic area. We also have 2 dogs we have to keep contained in the back yard. After calling the salesman to find out what was happening, we learned that he didn't have any idea what was happening with the project either. After many calls to him and the main office, we finally got someone to come out and put up a temporary chain link fence up on Sunday. We were given multiple excuses, such as the installers' phones were acting up and they couldn't here the office, and all of the installers were sick. Also, the office didn't seem to even know that the "1-day" project wasn't even complete. Anyway, they didn't finish the gate until 2 weeks after the scheduled date. Buzz promptly sent me a bill to pay electronically. I called the office and stated they didn't meet their end of the scheduled completion time and asked them if they planned to reduce the price accordingly. They told me the had to talk to the salesman and would get back to me. I had not heard anything until I received a past due notice from Buzz. I don't agree that the customer should pay for the lack of accountability of the employees they chose to hire. I must admit that the gate looks good, but the whole reason for me hiring somebody was time, and they failed to even come close to meeting their agreed to time."
