"Service" manager spent more time gaslighting me on the phone than it would have taken for a tech to come out and quickly see they botched the job. Not only did it cost me a redo from another reputable company, but a replacement for the garage door opener, which stripped out under the load of the door on the undersized springs. Plenty of other great companies in the area, no need to waste time and money with Metro."

He fixed bent parts on rails, rewired cables and rewound strings and installed a strut for garage weight. He suggested we need a strut to have door weighted down and completely close. He did not recommend we get new door or new strings, which I thought was honest. All seems great. Will observe work performed for the guaranteed 30 days. Overall good."
