"I hired wildlife Management Services in Sept 2018, purchasing a platinum package which seals up all entry points and removes animals for a year. Since their ‘sealing’ of my home, we’ve had 3 squirrels, 5 mice and a bat. The manager Christina refused to provide services for mice unless I paid more (even though trapping and removal is clearly covered in the plan). I have since had to hire another company to remove the mice and a subsequent bat. While the workers are nice - they are clearly not sealing the entry holes, and the company ultimately won’t stand by their word and contract. I’ve asked for the owner to call me and he hasn’t. Steer clear and have your home serviced by someone else!!"
