Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

The rest of the work the siding, the screens, and the gutters seemed like Ben Jensen just took my money, but no one else did anything else. Just more lies and false promises. I hired a new contractor who promised to do the rest of the work the insurance paid for within 2 days of Ben Jensen returning my unused portion of the insurance money, and I am still waiting. No contact; just lies and false promises. This has been going on from May 2022 to now, December 2022, and I am still waiting!"
