Tall Oaks was able to send a crew on short notice to quickly remove the dangerous branches, with an expert climber who lowered trimmings without any further damage! They also did a few other trims from ground level, saving us both another service call. Plus, the charge was very reasonable! Highly recommend Tall Oaks!"

"Had a bad experience, facilitated this service for my father who is a 75 year old who does not live in the home full time. My father went with this service in spite of a price quote 2x to comparable quotes because the owner presented as providing a higher quality and comprehensive level of service. What we received was marginal quality at best, where crews made one pass with snow blower and did not even ensure snow dams from plows were removed (until called and asked to return) and the sidewalk wasn't even cleared from edge to edge (pictured is 4-6" of buildup more than 6" from edge of sidewalk. Both times the company was called, the owner leaned on operational agreements that were never actually shared until we asked to cancel service, and then tried to upsell additional services. At best, this company communicates poorly and sets expectations in its sales pitch that aren't matched in the operating agreement, which was never sent when the initial contract was established. "
