Despite scheduling challenges presented by COVID-19 and an incorrectly measured shower pan (which had to be re-ordered), we are pleased with the results. Ben and crew were very polite and respectful to our COVID-19 concerns and performed their jobs quite well. Whenever I had a question, Ben answered it thoroughly. He also sought our input when needed which I appreciate. Ben did a very good job finishing the project and left the worksite very clean."

"Tony was the only one to promptly return my call when a pipe had sprung a leak one evening. Tony returned my call that same evening and gave me a quote as to cost and said he would try to come by the end of week. Came when he said he would. Very reliable and efficient and most importantly honest. Been hard to find someone who could recommend a trustworthy plumber. He gave me a fair price and stuck with it. The other company who returned my call the next day could not come until the next week and quoted me a price twice as much. Tony was very busy but upon understanding my predicament came to my home ahead of a project he was involved in and was here the next morning and efficiently repaired it and only charged fifteen over quote as a different pipe was needed than how I had described it on the phone and he had to go and get it at a warehouse - only charged me the difference in price not for the extra trip to get it. A good honest dependable plumber. What more could you ask for? Will be hiring Tony again-he s ggrrreat!!!"

"Mike and his crew spent approximately 5 months working on multiple areas in and around our home. We added a third stall garage and mudroom/laundry room to the first floor, we added a basement bathroom, remodeled a 4 season porch to use year around as an additional main floor living space, bumped out a small second floor bedroom to add an additional bathroom and larger bedroom to make a master bedroom and en suite bathroom and finally a new 6 foot cedar fence to keep the dogs in our yard. Mike was quick and responsive to our initial meetings, questions, ideas and budget. He was able to creatively rethink the layouts of several of our rooms to keep our budget in check and still give us everything we were wanting. As the owner and general contractor, Mike kept all of his crew moving, supplies delivered and his several sub contractors on time. Mike and his crew are full service...they can frame up, handle tree work, install doors & windows, install siding, install cedar fencing, lay tile, sheetrock, paint, complete finishing work, etc. Mike was able to get our foundation work completed in October so his crew could work all winter long rather than waiting 9 months to start due to our freezing winter temps. We had a standing weekly appointment, at our home, to go over the progress, answer our questions and talk about next steps. Keeping the lines of communication open was huge considering we had no idea how much knowledge and work was necessary for the size of job they were working on. Mike's crew dealt with our 2 dogs during the day and 5 people attempting to live in the construction areas while they worked! We were very pleased with Mike and his crew. We will immediately turn to Higgins Construction when we have any additional renovation/construction needs."

"I went from 1970 to 2022. I had red shag carpet that was replaced with new carpet and tile. I had new lighting installed and an entire half bath redone. Added to the remodel was fixing some of the trim and ceiling where there had been water damage. Jason, who was in charge of the scheduling and project was great to work with. He was always communicating at the right frequency and personable to work with. Brent, Ryan, Gino,, the Chad's, and Char were all great to work with. Each was very personable, perfectionists in their trade, and dependable. The finished work is amazing and wpuld recommend Beissel's to anyone looking to complete work inside their house."
