Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."

"We did not pay for it, it was provided by the person who was selling the home at the time. The quality was fine but the timeliness of the repair was not. It needed a new condenser and this company is country wide so they have one depot for parts. It took a week for the part to come from out west from us and we were in a heat wave and I liked to died. But because we had the home warranty, we were stuck. They covered it 100 percent but they were slow. They came as soon as they decided they would come. They came but it was not real fast. The worker was fine. It took about eight days for them to complete the job. They should get the parts here more quickly so they can do the repair quickly."
