It included extensive replacement of old overgrown evergreens and a broken down tree with a more colorful layout of shrubs, a Japanese Maple, perennials, establishment of a new rose bed of knockout roses and placement of brick edging and underground downspout drainage. I might add here their quote, at my request did not include removal of the old evergreens. The back yard area along the back of the property was upgraded with several new shrubs and perennials. No one ever came or called to reschedule an appointment. On July 14th I called ABC and requested the status on the repair. I was told that my inquiry would be passed along to John. Again, no reply. On July 30th I contacted ABC via email and advised them of my concerns. The next day I received a reply via email that I thought was rather rude. John <em>did</em> contact me later that day and arrived later in the day to complete my roof repair. He did a very good job and I was satisfied with the repair.
