Andy come to our home to look at our remaining windows, get us set up with new windows, & schedule the installation. Instead of just focusing on the remaining windows needing replacement he first checked the windows that had been replaced last year. He discovered a few things that need repair or fixing & scheduled a technician to come out on Friday to get those fixes completed. Andy was thorough & great to work with!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Very fair price for Minot. The work went fast, the workers were all very professional, they cleaned everything up afterwards, and the new roof looks great. Justin showed up with a shingle color pamphlet in hand and had a job contract ready to go within the next day. He oversaw the job himself and checked all the work when it was done followed by having a zeroed out invoice ready to go once the payment was complete. Having proper well organized paperwork is always a confidence raiser and throughout the job I was never unsure about what the final cost was going to be. It was all very straight forward. You will most likely have to leave a message when you call but he got back to me every time. Overall I would go with them again and recommend their work to others for their roofing projects."
