"The Technician contacted me with professionalism and was willing to assist with helping with my refrigeration problem. He explained to how the estimate proposal worked as well as the possible charges if I moved forward with completing the job. He immediately scheduled me and gave a time frame of arrival. Pavel arrived sooner than expected, which was a plus, he got to diagnosing the problems. He explained clearly what the issues were and estimated cost of resolution. And gave tips on what to look out for in the future. He fixed issues with the lighting in both the refrigerator and freezer and he completed the refrigerant levels. He even swept behind the appliance as it is difficult to do on a regular basis because of its position. Great job, definitely recommend and will use this service again."

"Abhorrent! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Less than zero stars!! I had them come out to repair my refrigerator water dispenser motor. They quoted me $400 at the time and I said I would have to wait to do it. They charged me $75 to come out (unmentioned prior) and said that they will apply the $75 toward the repair of the refrigerator when I was ready. Well, today I was ready. I called them to set up an appointment to have it fixed. I mentioned that I was a customer of theirs and let them know I had paid the $75 fee and NOW they said they WOULD NOT APPLY IT TO THE SERVICE! Their excuse? ?It?s been over a year?. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED THAT AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL PAID VISIT. They said ?Whenever you?re ready to have the motor replaced? to call them to set it up. Not only did the tech NEVER MENTION THIS, but when I called the day they came out TO CONTEST THE $75 FOR NOTHING FEE, she ALSO never mentioned 90 days or an expiration on the $75 fee!!!
