"<p>The installation went great and the product looks and sounds outstanding.  They installed a mounting bracket and hung a 47" outdoor tv at our outdoor living display area.  They also installed 2 hanging outdoor speakers under the eaves for use with the tv and our sonos system.  Best of all, they installed 4 landscape speakers that look like outdoor landscape lights in our landscaping and buried a massive subwoofer underground that gives a great bass sound to the remainder of the outdoor entertainment system.  All this equipment was connected to our sonos system so we can control the sound system from the sonos app.  Pro It did all the installation of the equipment including the mounting of the tv and speakers as well as running all the sound wiring and digging the hole and burying the subwoofer.  They also connected it all to the sonos system and instructed us on how to use the equipment.  The process was outstanding from ordering the equipment to scheduling the installation to having it all installed and operational within our strict time frame to have it completed before our open house.  The entire crew did a great job and the equipment is outstanding as well.</p> <p><br /></p>"

"The activation went well, the support person was courteous and professional. I am satisfied with the Livewatch Security equipment, it is simple to use and expandable with home automation but I haven't tried any of that yet. I am very happy with the website and app that are available for controlling the system. I think the monthly monitoring fee is a little high given that the equipment isn't completely subsidized in the price."

"This is an update to an update. I've had Simplisafe for about 4 1/2 years, and it wasn't working well for us. We had trouble getting the components to communicate. We had false alarms. The customer support was okay - I think they tried, but for whatever reason, the system just didn't work well in my home. Someone from Simplisafe offered to replace the system, and so far it seems to be working well. I'm curious to see if we have any problems with the motion sensors. I previously changed the sensitivity to "low" to make sure we didn't trigger false alarms, but for now, I'm leaving the new ones at the default setting. I greatly appreciate the customer service and them reaching out to me. After spending $500 on the components and countless hours fiddling with the system, I'm hopeful that it will work without much effort on my part now. Taking down the old system and setting up the new one took about 2 1/2 hours and was fairly easy."

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."
