"Last Summer my A/C went out. The company we had used in years past let quality slide to the point of "get out of my house!" They did the A/C with less than zero issues. Come to think of it, the service was like a visit from a past era when people tried to do the right thing and companies were not just in it for a buck. Funny story. I had to call them for service not long after the install because a storm knocked out my power while I was at work. The house was toasty when I arrived because the power just returned. The tech was unaware of the outage and was puzzled. He assured me things would be cool in about an hour, which they were. Haven't had an issue since. First "maintenance" visit today.
