He is so thorough in his inspection that he brought things to our attention that urgently needed to be fixed such as broken rafters and a missing exhaust pipe. Unfortunately for him, that meant a delay of nearly a year while we had things repaired so that it would be safe for his crew to replace our roof and gutters. During those 11 months, Licio stayed in contact and helped in any way that he could. He is quick to respond, always willing to take his time to answer questions and as I mentioned, extremely thorough. The whole process was professional from the bid to the work. The day after the windstorm on Friday I found a small panel off the edge of the metal roof that is 25 years old I called Profession Construction Services on Saturday, and they said they would be out on Monday at noon. They called to let me know they were on the way and were here before 1200. It was only two of them and one of them was the gentlemen that took my call on Sat. It took them only 45 minutes to replace the panel and then they checked and reattached several other loose sections. The told me it would be $100, I gave them $200 and each a tip. It was worth it to me. Very pleasant talking with them and they did an outstanding job, even sealing all of the loose panels. I would definitely hire them again and if anyone is looking to replace or repair their roof this is the company to do it. Professional Construction Services has my highest recommendation."
