"They responded right away, came out to evaluate the damage the next day, and gave me a written estimate one day after that. They were relaxed, easy to communicate with, fair (as far as I know), experienced, and the job was finished today. I have no way of judging the cost. I have no insurance and the individual responsible for the damage had no insurance, so I had no choice and did not have the energy to compare bids. They did a nice job. They did exactly what I asked them to do. In other words, they did not pressure me into doing more than needed to be done. I am very happy with them."

They did a beautiful job of taking out the old fence that was on a rocky hillside and entangled in thorn hedge plants, dug new post holes and cemented the posts on the hottest day in many a month. They completed the mounting of the wrought iron fence the next day and we were completely satisfied with everything. They cleaned up around the work area which was appreciated. Beto was great to work with and was very accommodating. I do not remember the names of the other two very hard working men but their work is to be admired. We highly recommend this company."

"We had a wrought iron fence repaired from really bad rust. Most of the post were bad and more than half the rods and finials we’re bad. Installed one gate our dog knocked down and made it much stronger. Made a gate out of extra fence piece as well. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with Julie’s professionalism, hard work and quality of work. I will definitely be hiring her again for an additional gate. Fair price for great quality of work. Julie was very respectful of our dog who does not trust anyone and have him his space. By the end of the last work day Julie won Max over to let her pet him."

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"
