"The first time I used Rock Creek Roofing and Construction was for the electric line install from my house to the new shop I had built. They did a great job and I haven’t had a bit of trouble. They also tore out and installed carpet for my whole house. They were quick and clean taking all the old carpet and cleaning up scraps. The job was complete in just a day and a half. The biggest job Rock Creek Roofing and Construction has done for me is replacing my roof and siding on my new shop. The crew came in and took the old shingles off and started replacing them on the first day. They were able to finish putting the new shingles on and cleaning up the next morning. Most of which was cleaning up and making sure there were no nails or shingles on the ground. The gutters and siding on my new shop had hail damage and had to be replaced. I am completely happy about the way it all went back up. I would recommend Rock Creek Roofing And Construction for any of your home improvement needs."

"The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."

"Excellent. Hail damaged roofs in the area as well as my siding. John Beal Roofing was very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. My roof was done before any others in my neighborhood. After the roof was completed we scheduled the siding. I really liked that they use quality materials and explained everything. Phone calls were answered and returned promptly. Everyone I dealt with either had an answer for me or would get me to the person who could answer my question. Plus they stand behind their work and warranty it! Have been in business in the area many years and will be around for future needs. Our house looks great!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Almost three years later not one issue with waters dripping down the side of our house as it did with previous gutters. The simple leaf guard system they installed worked perfectly. I called Mark McCumber, the owner, in late November after researching on Angie's list. I liked the idea they were a small business, and the same workers had been with him for several years. I wanted to be on his schedule before the warm weather hit. We set a target for last week in December 2016 or the first half of January 2017 subject to weather. Throughout the wait for a good weather day, Mark and I kept in touch. Additionally, we are planning to have our house painted later this year. I did not want these gutter removed and reinstalled by painters, so I asked Mark if he could paint the trim behind the gutters and downspouts. For an extra $150, that was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, this caused a one week delay, because there is no way to paint in 39-degree weather. But, one week later, they were done in about a half-day. Things could not have gone more perfectly."
