"I contacted the office because of the quality of the work - there was a visible gap between panelling, one panel in particular was bowing in the middle, the shelf they reinstalled was unstable and visible paint drippings. The handyman was sent back to fix the job without issue but the fact that the handyman felt that it was acceptable quality of work in the first place is probably the most concerning. It by no means looked like a professional had completed the job. Not to mention that this company was over $1k more than the other estimates received. Once someone installed baseboards on the walls with the new panelling they noted they weren't sure about the how new panelling was installed. Overall, the quality of the work is of concern. Meanwhile I had no concerns with the painting that the official painter did."

"It was a large project - substantial make overs for 2 main baths and a near total for a third. As might be expected, there were a few "twist and turns" as the project went along, but that was no surprise and all developments were addressed meeting or exceeding our expectations. Our desinger (including the initial process) was exceptional to the very end. The project Manager was very accomodating and flexible. The installer did great work and was a pleasure to work with. Our pets even watched for him to show up each day. It was really nice having one person assigned exclusively to our project. Jericho's resources and expertise were of considerable value and probably allowed for the project to be finished sooner than other options. The new baths look great and we are very happy with the final result!
