"When our AC system needed to be replaced Jon gave us an estimate and began work as soon as possible. We were out of town and our adult son was there to allow Jon and his crew to complete the work. Jon kept us informed every step of the way. We also had the upstairs duct work replaced which need to be replaced. When we returned home the completed work was well done as we expected. A few days before we arrived home the downstairs AC stopped working which Jon had installed. First chance he got came over and resolved the problem. Now that's how a family works together. "These folks are wonderful. They came out right after Beryl when they were so busy. They were extremely good at listening to what I wanted. I have asthma and I had concerns about my air conditioning systems. I got two other bids and their bid was more than competitive. They did the work in a timely fashion, despite having to wait because the ground was so wet. They put down protective covers for the floors and wore booties so that they did not damage my wood floors. Their communication was great.
