"HSP Did a great job of turning our 1950's bathroom into a modern and accessible bathroom. Very professional team of workers demoed the existing bathroom to the studs the first day. They widened the doorway from 24" to 32", replaced the cast-iron tub with a 30x60 shower pan, replaced the existing double hung window with a high sliding window, added a vent fan and GFCI outlet, recessed the medicine cabinet, put in new Pergo flooring, reworked the plumbing and added a shower, grab bars, wall tile, drywall, a great shower door, vanity, baseboards and painted everything. We couldn't be happier with the work."

"I’m very pleased with our basement renovation and I will hire them again for the next project. Brad and his team were phenomenal to work with and they helped us design a living space that was a perfect fit for our needs. The price quote was broken down really well so we knew exactly what the costs were and where we could go higher or lower depending on what we wanted. The renovation added almost 700 square feet of comfortable living space that is well lit for reading or games or can be darkened when watching movies on the big screen. They even incorporated built-in shelving that enhances functionality of the space while giving it unique character. The project ran about 11 weeks, but that included several busy holidays and they were very transparent about other commitments. Renovations this large are bound to hit snags, but their excellent communication and proactive nature meant the issues were small and resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Everything stayed on budget with no surprises. We did framing, electrical, drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry, plumbing (bathroom), and paint. "They were on time and very professional. They were almost spot on with their time estimate, their bid price was the actual price. There were no surprises when it can time to settle. They were about to install the door opening to the left rather than the right, like the previous door. Once I pointed it out, they apologized for their oversight and quickly corrected the issue. The screen doors locking mechanism does no seem to be installed correctly, I did no notice until after they left. I will probably have them come back to correct. They cleaned up their mess for the most part but overlooked some things here and there that I had to clean up. I ordered a door that was about an inch and a quarter too small, I thought they should of noticed since they measured before picking up the door I ordered. They did install insulation and a new border to cover up the gap. Overall I think they did a good job and plan on hiring them back again in the near future. They are not cheap, but all of their guys seemed very professional and well spoken."

"We live in a condo. Our neighbor got bids from several companies to fix the patio in our backyard which is connected to both of our foundations. Ja Jay LaPar of Heartland Foundations gave the best bid and got the job. We have a fish pond right next to the patio so I was concerned, but he assured us there would be no damage to the pond. They were very careful and true to their word. They planned to finish the job in one day, but they had to come back and finish a week later. The existing concrete took longer to remove than anticipated and it was an exceptionally hot day so that the new concrete dried too quickly. He was very good about letting me know the difficulties and they didn't charge any more than the original quote even though they had to spend a lot more time and effort to finish the job. The new patio looks great!"
