"Professional, outstanding service & available immediately: Trouble shoot electrical panel fuse trip after lightening storm; identified problem with ground wire between multiple 3-way outlets, made repairs, communicated cause & remedies & made repair. I can’t give NCharge a high enough rating; this is the second successful experience with them after the whole house generator installation. One stop shopping for all your electrical needs, don’t lose their number(!!!)"

"Everything went very well. I made my initial call to Mr. Dozier based on previous excellent reports on Angie' List, but I happened to reach him at a time when his helper had left for a shipyard job and he was poised to interview potential employees. He described that he also does background checks so that he could feel confident when taking a new employee to a customer's home. He offered to refer me to a competitor since it would take a few days for him to complete the hiring process, but I explained that there was no emergency and that I was willing to wait for quality work, as I had had a bad experience with a different electrician. Hold me that he would give me a good price because I was wiling to be patient. He gave me 10% off the hourly cost and charged me just his cost for need items like new boxes.

"Technician was prompt and very knowledgably. He installed a new 50 amp outlet outside for my RV and made repairs inside for a breaker that had been tripping. He went beyond job scope checking all breakers for loose wires after finding the one that was causing the problem. He was timely and stayed under quoted price. I will definitely sleep better at night knowing that my home electrical system is now proper. I highly recommend this company."
