She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!"

The way I work is on a 30 day service, what that entails is I'll set traps and come by once a week to check on them. Once I catch the mole and I see no new activity I'll remove the traps and in that same 30 day period if there is any new activity the customer calls and I'll try and catch the next mole as well.
