"My new shower is amazing!! It looks great, and the installation was quick. Additionally, everyone I've dealt with there has been nice."

"I used Home Pro of West Michigan to remodel my master shower and I highly recommend them. They provided great service and their timeliness and organization was stellar. They communicated very well and provided efficient follow up when needed. Their installers were friendly, helpful, and took care of the project in a day and half. Efficient is a perfect word to sum up my experience."

"The men who did the remodel were great. Even when they had to go back to the base to get shower doors because they were not in the materials. One stayed and did more while the other got the doors. The salesman was nice but wasnâ  t prepared with the materials he needed. I do like my shower though no more fear of falling, climbing over the tub."

"Mad City did a great job! We are very happy with our new kitchen countertop, bathtub and living room picture window."

"Bath Fitters end product was fine...but had to comeback for a full second day to redo shower walls not installed quite right. No extra charge but took a day out of my life. I am pleased with the final result"

"It's only been a couple of weeks so it's hard to judge the quality and no further mentions of the free tablet offer BUT the installer did a great job! Daily clean up was excellent and job was done quickly and looks great. Sales did a very good job explaining the options. In a year if I take this survey again I would expect all 5's."

"Very professional consultant and installers. It was quick. Easy. Efficient."

"I was just shopping tile stores...This was suggested to me by a glass installer.  Very nice selection, but I ended up doing something else.
