I paid them $70 with the tip because they said they decided to stay late. Very unprofessional and bizarre behaviors but oh well, it was done even though I never verified their work. Then almost a month later, I received an invoice for $180. They began going off about how they deserved it since I got my deposit back. They continued harassing me saying I was going to get karma 10 fold for not paying them more and they were going to go after me for it with additional consequences. I have every text about all of this. Do not trust or hire this company. I would not be surprised if any good review on here was fake."

"This remodeling took 3 months and was very extensive due to the kitchen and master bathroom were leveled down to the foundation slab. Everything was replaced in kitchen; lights, electrical sockets removed or changed, flooring, cabinets, all appliances, added trash compactors, painting, replacing baseboards, backsplash tile and mural. Master bathroom included moving a couple walls, lights, electrical sockets removed or changed, flooring, replacing baseboards and adding quarter-round, changing ceiling texture, and painting. I mention this list (which isn't comprehensive) to give you an idea of the extensive amount of work. This is important because I have a very keen eye for the quality of a contractor's work, due to my skills, and I used to be in the contracting business for a short time many years ago. My observations are to make sure all work agreed on and changes are in writing, because it will help everyone involved agree to the work required. We disagreed on a few changes, but Jimmie was professional and we came to an understanding that worked for us both. If your work is a major project like mine was then expect delays like I did. He expected 6-8 weeks and it took 11 weeks. That's not bad. We had to find another tile crew which is what delayed the project. That's not Jimmie's fault, but every contractor needs to have other people to call to pick up the slack. The quality of the work IS top quality, He is respectful and do clean up there daily trash. The painting is great if Brian does that work. Lastly, they DO show up to do repairs after the work is done, but it may take a couple requests to pin down a time. That's really good when they're backed up several months like everyone."
