First of all, Eric and Charles, owners, both do estimates and they came on time, with Caleb. They said the both of them go to all jobs. When getting the french drain started, they noticed water leaking from another of those cheap copper pipes. They told us then that we would not need the sump pump system. Then they said they would try and repair the pipe. How many companies would really do these things? They said our water problem should be resolved, but if not to call them. We would certainly do that and we highly recommend them. Also, their pump system is definitely less costly than some others. Tom and Florence Mack Kennedy Township"

They recommended replacement options in the next year, but weren't pushy about me spending that type of money now, which I appreciate. I'd recommend their expert, timely team to anyone!"

"The guys that came and did the actual work were very nice and did a great job . The problem was the management from Bill and down to Travis , my basement has a toilet that could not be moved .. well by the floor being jackhammered damaged the toilet it now leaking because of hairline cracks at the base , after contacting Travis and sending pictures to him their response was we will send you $100 and you can buy a new toilet ! When Bill bid the job he made sure to tell me about how they are insured up to 2 million dollars Thst $100 dollars doesnâ t really buy a toilet and then the cost of getting someone to install it will be hundreds more for that reason of them not wanting to take care of what they damaged I would not recommend ABC to anyone they got their money snd could have cared less about my issue !! Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!"

"Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

"Mr. Charles Haefner quickly identified the problem as mineral plugging the connection from the ballast tank to the pump switch (he showed me the obviously plugged pipe). He replaced the pipe, pressure switch, gauge and relief valve. He re-pressurized the ballast tank. The work took about an hour. The total bill was less than $120. I have rarely had such inexpensive and expert service!"

He came and gave us a quote the same day that we called and was there the next day to complete the job. He was about to get our gas back on and the job done in 4 hours. His team was very professional and neat. "We are in the process of selling our home and even though damp basements are very common in our neighborhood, we had several buyers comment and we decided to correct the situation.  I had four different waterproofing companies come out and give estimates and Rick was the clear choice.  One, he was recommended by a friend who is also a realtor.  Two, he seemed to really know what he was talking about, but was not giving me a hard sales pitch.  My sense is that some of the bigger companies send salesmen out, who have never actually performed the work (e.g. One rep was so perplexed by the fact that our basement was two levels.  Rick never even mentioned this, and they simply dug through the height difference).  Lastly, Rick's price was very reasonable.  We ended up paying more than two other estimates, but Rick's fee included more work: wall reconditioning, a french drain around the entire perimeter and installation of a sump pump.  <br /> Notably, our home is now under contract and we have had several comments about what a good job this company did.  The home appraiser even asked for the name of the company that did the work! <br /> The crew was punctual and the work was finished on schedule.  Long story short, I HIGHLY recommend this company. <br />"

"I could not be happier that we chose Frank and Rezzetano plumbing. We noticed a leak in a ceiling closet of a home we just moved into; and it was directly below two bathrooms - so it could've been a real nightmare depending on where it was coming from. I'm sure this isn't normally how it goes, but Frank showed up about 20 minutes after I first called him...luckily he was in the area. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything / how he was going to fix it, and got the job done quick. Very friendly, professional and courteous - and patient in explaining things and answering my questions. Very reasonable pricing. Hopefully we don't need him, but he'll be our first call if we do!"
