"It went very well. The basement was developing a musty smell, and so I had Ed look at it. He found water in the insulation and where water was coming in through the walls. He had to jack hammer out some of the cement to install the sump pump and French drain. It was hard work, but he continued working on my house until the job was done. When he was working in the garage he found a few other problem areas that I hadn't even seen and was able to fix those too.  He is very proactive in the work that he does. <br /> Ed is very fairly priced. He gave me a few different bids based on different ways to resolve the problem. He pointed out ways to save money without cutting quality. <br />   <br /> My basement looks great now!
