"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. "It is such a refreshing experience working with Ben. From the very beginning, Ben goes above and beyond to explain in detail about the process of redoing my siding and of repairing my partial roof. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He showed me different samples for the siding and for the roofing and explained about each one of them. He offered to directly with my deal with my insurance company throughout the whole process and is still dealing with them to cover the cost for my entire roof as the color of the asphalt that has been repaired does not exactly matched the rest of the roofing. "I do not know the price as my husband took care of it. I think the thing was they came out and they had three crews working and they came out and got it done. The guys that worked on roof worked very hard. They did there job. We did have a problem afterwards but that may have existed beforehand but they are coming back to look at it. They had replaced rotted boards and fixed some leaking from the gutters by replacing them. They're responsive, there is a lot of phone tag but they always call back. But in today's world things are different than what they were long time ago. They were on top of it. They came when they said they were going to. They worked right thru and they worked hard. We never got another estimate from anyone else we just went with them."

"I had Premier Roofing come out on April 3, 2019. I was very impressed with the work and timeliness of repairs. I had old shingles removed and new shingles installed. The owner of company came out and gave me a estimate. He was very professional and was able to answer all my questions about products, warranties, etc. He also emailed me detailed contract with all work that was going to be done. When owner (Mike Tama) came out to give me estimate he was very patient and took his time explaining everything. The pricing was reasonable and he also advised me to get two more estimates."
