"Representative was very friendly and made an appointment to come to our home to put together an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about fencing, materials, etc. I was impressed with the sample materials that he brought to demonstrate the quality of their product. He also explained that, since they do things the right way, their company's estimate would undoubtedly be higher than the others I would receive. Fair enough--I appreciated being told upfront. I also understand that you get what you pay for. But, everything in life is a cost-benefit analysis. After assuring the rep we would be in contact once we made a decision, he stated that he definitely would not be hassling me to pressure me into going with his company. As it turns out, of the many companies that I reached out to, this rep kept badgering me with more and more messages. Other companies might send one or two follow up emails, but this guy was persistent! Even after gently informing him that it is simply not in our budget (their quote was $3700 more than two of the lower bids we received), he would still send messages telling me how our fence wouldn't last since we are going with a subpar company. I have no doubt they do excellent work, but they also need to respect that customers are going to request multiple quotes and not everyone is able to go with their company"

"I received several estimates and Fence & Deck Connection, after a very professional examination of the situation and a very clear explanation of the replacement plan, presented me with the lowest bid. Another fence company's bid was three times the cost! After choosing Fence & Deck Connection, I had two more visits from their personnel to plan the installation. When the crew arrived to install they were fully aware of what needed to be done. In one morning they installed a beautiful fence that was even more than I had hoped for. I will certainly use this company for future fencing projects."

"They installed a fence for me in record time it looks great. All employees were polite and very professional, they consulted me when a problem would arise to make sure the work was to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company for all fencing."

"I am very pleased with my experience with Ergeon! I had a white, privacy fence installed in my backyard. From the initial appointment to the end of the job - it wasn’t too long in a time difference. The workers who installed the fence were very fast and efficient! Professional as well! I would recommend this company to anyone!"

"Mr. Jerome called, emailed, and texted promptly. He arrived on time to give me a quote for the repairs of my front sidewalk. We scheduled an install day for Friday, and he stopped by a day early to neatly cut out the bad sections. On Friday the team arrived a bit early and got right to work. They were done within a few hours, and I'm very satisfied with the result."

"Good presentation and apparently good work. No follow up. This was irksome since they crushed flowers and broke part of a fence."

"If you are looking for a fence look no further than Pure Home. Frankie designed and built my privacy fence and added a beautiful vinyl enclosure for my pets. Unsure of your design leave it to Frankie and he will design it for you. Great company, Just give Frankie a call today! You’ll be glad you did."

"Abbey Fence was awesome! They were great with scheduling the estimate in install. Professional job that was done in one day. We will be using them for all our deck and fencing needs going forward. Would highly recommend!"

"After contacting Neale a few times by phone, I decided it was best to contact him by email.  Once I emailed, I got an immediate response and a date was set for them to come out and fix my front railing just a few days later.  They arrived within the window indicated and completed the work beautifully within a few hours.  They were extremely pleasant and professional.  The work was fantastic.  Neale provided the best price by far out of the several I received estimates from.  I would highly recommend Baltimore Wrought Fence and Rail."

"Mark and his crew did an amazing job. Some highlights: 1) Mark's proposal was the most reasonable of the three we received. 2) Mark provided some design options and suggested we go to the local stone store to be sure we got what we wanted. We appreciated his suggestions as well as his respect for our choices. 3) Mark's crew was always courteous and thorough. They also cleaned up each day and happily hosed down our neighbor's driveway per his request. 4) A few times throughout the process we had new ideas to which Mark provided his advice and updated cost estimates. For an additional $850 we were able to add more value to the final product. All told, Mark and his team built four retaining walls, installed a patio under our deck, installed a landing pad outside our pool (with the extra pavers from the deck project), installed a paver walkway between our under-deck patio and the pool, regraded the yard, seeded and strawed the yard, and replanted some perennials that were displaced in the regrading. 5) Mark always kept us updated on progress - particularly important in this rainy spring."
