Customers say: Terrific value

"I contacted Brad in a slight panic because we had an unexpected hole in our roof from a tree branch that had pierced it and through to our upstairs bathroom. He answered and after a brief conversation, told me that he could fix it the SAME day! He gave us a very reasonable quote, and within a few hours his team had shown up, assessed the damage, and repaired it! He kept in contact throughout the job, even sending us pictures. His team was fast! His proposal included everything, including a 10-yr guarantee. He personally showed up to our home to hand deliver the paperwork following the job. He also recommended an area contractor to do the inside work. "

"The workers that came (Lenny and the guys) were great. Knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. They remodeled the entire kitchen in a 70 year old home and made it look beautiful and functional. They were here when they said and cleaned up each day when they were done. Took only 4 days start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for you remodeling needs"

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Monmouth, ME

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
