Because of a caregiver being in the home with 97 year old - ARS was out to assess within 2 hours of the fire dept., then a call that night about what is needed and options for repair/replacement. Manager called to discuss options, then met me in a different city on Thursday to discuss and sign work order. Fortunate to have a cancellation because the furnace was installed with cool air back on by 4:00 Friday; so mom did not have to be moved to stay cool for the 100+ heat. When the installer left, he has tested everything and waited until cool air was flowing and I understood the new thermostat. He stressed to call him if ANY issues come up."
