"DD&R did an accessible bathroom/closet remodel for us to exacting ADA specifications in a small space that will allow us to stay in our home instead of moving to assisted living. The process was flawless from initial contact to project completion. Justin listened carefully and was flexible, patient and accommodating during the bidding process. Pricing was competitive and fair. Great references. Seamless handling of the permitting and inspection process. Quality work, expertly led by Richard, done on time with minimal disruption, precisely to spec with flexibility where needed and unfailing courtesy. We could not be more pleased with the result and our decision to work with DD&R and we highly recommend them."

"Tom is wonderful helping to think through and coming up with remodeling ideas. He has the practical knowledge of what can be done easily and what could or could end up being very costly and helps work through what I'm really trying to do. He has a team of trustworthy, likeable and talented people that are very loyal to him. They get the job done. Also, I may not like delays, but they're inevitable and he's excellent with texting and giving realistic time estimates for jobs."

"Kristian worked well with me to select the best materials to make the bathroom remodel stand out without gutting the entire room. Since the entire project was done remotely via the internet/email, I particularly liked the suggestions and follow through from K&X to manage the scheduling with my renter and minimize their impact. Thank you and I look forward to using K&X on other work in the future."
