"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"Bob repaired wood rot on one of our entry door frames. He was easy to get in touch with, courteous, and prompt. He carved out the wood rot and replaced the area with a new piece of wood. Others quoted less, but their solution was to patch the rotted area with Bondo (wood filler) and paint over it."

"Chris came in very quickly to give me an estimate, and he was able to fit me in within 2 days. His quote was much more reasonable than others I had gotten, and even though the prep work for my floors ended up being much more difficult and time consuming than estimated, he did not charge me more than the original quote. I was on a very tight budget or I would have offered more. His crew was efficient and they left everything spotless! Chris does other things besides painting, (look him up in handyman category), and I plan to use him again. He does not promise to do things he thinks or knows should not be done (like a pocket door in a load-bearing wall) and gives very clear explanations.
