"The Doctor Flue team came out to my place right on time (actually, early!) and called ahead with their ETA. They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. "First the estimate - Isaiah arrived when he said he would & was very polite and professional. As soon as I accepted the estimate, the work was promptly scheduled. The crew arrived on time and they had enough people for the job. It looks beautiful! The hallway has more doors than you can imagine, and it is done to perfection. On the exterior, they did lots of prep, with powerwashing, scraping and puttying as necessary. The guys then showed me a couple of items that, if added, would make the job look a lot nicer. They quoted me a price for the additional items, and then proceeded to make the porch look wonderful! The additional items (painting the gutters and some aluminum trim items), when done, made the porch look beautiful. They did a great job cleaning up, and made sure I was happy before they left. All in all a great team & I will surely use them again."

"he and one on his workers came on Wednesday and put 4 of the 7 doors in and completed the job on that Saturday. They were very professional and did not leave anything for us to clean up at all. He was very picky about the how the doors were hung and made sure that they were hung right and closed without problems. <br />"

"The work required two days. The crew was on time both days. The crew was courteous, and kept us informed on what was to happen at each step of the work. The crew cleaned up as the work progressed, there was nothing we had to do, when they left at the end of each day. One repair required removing some ceramic tile in the upstairs bathroom, the work was done and the tile reinstalled. The downstairs drywall was repaired and repainted so well, you cannot tell anything had even happened at all. The rain damage to the downstairs drywall was traced to bad caulking around a window and the window caulking was properly redone. The downstairs vanity was loose and shaking, not anymore, a like new tightness now exists. Both bathrooms had the safety rails installed, even with the ceramic tiles in the upstairs bathroom, there was no cracks in the tile and the rails are very secure and has added years to the time we will be able to stay in this house. We have used Jacob's Ladder before, this is the second time and it will not be the last time either! Excellent company, excellent people."
