"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"Bill at QC Pressure Washing is great.  He owns the company, but also spends a lot of time on site making sure the job is done right. 

The price was good, the quality was excellent, and he stood behind his work.  He is also very active in the community and is a classic hard working small business owner who has found a niche and does it right.

I had him clean and stain my deck.I got to know him a bit, and he gets a lot of business, even goes to Florida during Ohio's off season.  Lots of experience.

I would rate him on the following categories:

Price - If I recall, he was cheaper than Hyde Park (Hyde Park Deck Service?  or something like that).  I feel that had more of an expensive/up-sell quality to their business.
Flexibility -  very accomodating.  I wanted to use the deck stain that best met my needs from Consumer Reports.  He preferred to use the brand he usually uses, but was willing to use mine.  He rolled with it and the finished product looks outstanding.
Professionalism - see above.  very professional.  The only thing missing is that reassuring uniform or name badge or whatever that some service companies have.  No matter.  He's got what counts - excellent employees and attention to detail.
Standing behind his work - He does.  I contracted him late in the season.  he warned me about weather, but I went ahead with it.  We tried to time it right, but it did rain soon enough after application (I;m foggy on this right now...might have been the very next day?) - in any case, a small part of the deck's stain did not dry correctly as a result.  Did not look good.  I called Bill, and he brought his crew back once all was dry and fixed it up.  cannot tell the areas apart - perfect fix.
Thoroughness- Very thorough.  Perfect job.  It did help that I agreed with him that a semi-solid  gets better coverage.  Upselling -  He did say I'd do better to have him clean out the ends of the boards of dead leaves, etc so bee nests won't form.  I couldn't afford that.  I did it myself.  easy enough to do.  BTW I did get wasps there this year, so should do it yearly (myself).
Timeliness - just fine.  I do seem to remember I thought he'd be here at 9 am, but it was 10 am when they started the first day I think.  Not a problem.  i think they may have worked late some days, probably to get ahead of the weather, which was fine with me.
Friendliness - Very nice guy, nice employees.  Good conversation if you want it."
